7-Day Return Policy

At Luxury Line UK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (including tags, dust bags, boxes, etc.).

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error or faulty products.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us to check availability.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
